The next Chapter will briefly present the methodology adopted in this dissertation. In particular a detailed explanation of the research method, the structure of the questionnaire and limitations of the research are presented. This chapter helps us understand the reasons why the questions are asked and how it helps answering the objective. Based on the research that is conducted, the findings and the analysis will be provided in the next chapter. This chapter included the data processing and analysis. This will be followed by the conclusion chapter. The part will conclude the content of the dissertation and provide recommendations to help the company overcome barriers of ineffective use of KMS. Furthermore, the dissertation ends with a suggestion for the further research. This dissertation aims at identifying the factors that create limitations for people to use KMS within the consultancy organization of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Thailand.
